We visited Lake Louise today. We are having a wonderful time. The lift was fun, and the mountains are beautiful. The lake was still frozen over, barely thawing around the edges. Our family on Steve's side were all able to get together here in Banff to celebrate the wedding (yesterday) of his awesome brother Matt to his love Chris (who is wondeful in his own right, he has a very calm and serene nature and is a pleasure to be around). They are a wonderful couple that balance each other beautifully and I can't imagine a more perfect match for either of them. It is so wonderful to be able to get together and celebrate love with your family. We all wish them a long, happy life full of great adventures, health, and serenity. Attending their wedding was an honor. I will always remember the feelings of goodwill and unconditional love that infused the event. May they carry it with them always.
